I remember the house and we’re working with Irja to reconstruct the time we used to live in this village. The boys started at the local school. It’s time to recollect and to return to La Route de Vins d’Alsace.
We came to this house before the school started. Neither of us did speak any French. Irja’s German was good. Day by day we learned more. The boys were quick French language learners. We still have a long way to go with Irja ;)
