Kouvola is a small town in Kymenlaakso Finland.The municipalities and towns around Kouvola are planning to create a bigger city.
We've a similar process in Porvoo and Loviisa.
We visited Kouvola in June 2007 to get a picture about the Nordic China Center.
I plan to write more about the Chinese business mission.
Our friend, Alf Stenwall, reported from Singapore that the work permits problem still exists.
I've to digg into this and write more in the near future.
Nordic China Center is an interesting concept. There is a second project in Vantaa Finland.
