IPTV up and traditional TV down

There has been a national discussion about the future of television in Finland. The CEO of YLE (The Finnish Broadcasting Company), a former Microsoft Finland director said in a controversial speach to the Swedish language daily Huvudstadblade that it's possible that the traditional television is history in ten years time.

I'd like to know more abot this presentation at the Web 2.0 Expo in San Fransisco. Is there a webcast or podcast about the internet video revolution somewhere? Need to do some digging.
