VisiYes

I'm trying to analyze the information about VisiYes. This is a new idea, platform, working model, social domain. All the participants haven't been working together in the past. I see that there is several steps in the group formation process.
  1. The internal formation and evolution of objectives
  2. The content model: what is VisiYes delivering?
  3. The service model: what will be the user experience?
  4. Building the relationships within VisiYes and to the clients
  5. How to ensure uniformity or relevance of the services provided
  6. Building relationships and trust with the clients; European entrepreneurs
  7. Motivational factors, how to get a team to operate and to provide quality services
  8. How to get efficiency into the process
  9. The long term economics of the services
  10. What is FREE and what is Charged
  11. How are revenues generated?

VISIYES (Launch in Delft) Virtual and Integrated Support for innovative Young Entrepreneurs & Start-ups.

Helge: The objective is good.

VISiYES constructs a comprehensive on-line toolbox of ‘blended-learning’ business to support young entrepreneurs & micro enterprises to identify gaps in their knowledge addressed tho a 'development plan'.

Helge: Could someone explain what "blended-learning" is? The "development plan" can be a very vague starting point when we speak about micro enterprises and young entrepreneurs. We need to encourage a written planning process evolution.

VISiYES delivers a curricula for Entrepreneurship education, tailored to e-tutoring Negotiated Web-Based Learning methodology within an European virtual, integrated & collaborative environment

Helge: "e-tutoring Negotiated Web-based Learning methodology..." What do you mean with "Negotiated"?

VISiYES project activities:

Build a Info-space for entrepreneurs to manage skills, business planning & innovation management, managing intellectual capital, networking & clustering based on an open source toolbox and collaborative environment

Helge: building the info-space, yes, OK, toolbox...

Link entrepreneurs to tutors & business advisers who will guide them to acquire new skills and knowledge

Helge: This is a p-to-p service. How will this model work? The selection process? How many tutors? How many users are we expecting?

Publish best content for entrepreneurs for working with high-growth, innovation-led and micro-enterprises.

Helge: How do we build the relations with the potential users?

Extend and popularize the Info-space reflecting the European and sectoral diversity.

Helge: General, generic information, how is specific support channeled? The role of tutoring.

Pilot and testing five different models of Negotiated Work-Based Learning methodology.

Helge: Here is the word "Negotiated" again.

Deliver e-Learning curricula for innovative entrepreneurship education, ready for accreditation

Helge: What will the accreditation give the entrepreneurs?

Promote social dialogue amongst participants, learning, business and innovation support networks to determine the needs of entrepreneurs and catalyse innovation.

Helge: Social collaboration as a way to innovation, yes, I agree.

Active networking collaboration to share information and good practice and participate in events of e-learning for entrepreneurs, innovation and networking.

Helge: The events and the Web. Learning and networking.
