The international conference organised by the Federal Ministry of the Interior as part of German EU Presidency will focus on strategies and eGovernment solutions to reduce bureaucracy. Some of the themes covered will include "Progress and next steps in the eGovernment Action Plan", "crossborder secure electronic identification", "crossborder eProcurement" well as open standardised document exchange formats. On 28 February, workshops will precede the conference.
