Personal voice

The best way to be a successful blogger is about building a personal voice and being able to convey a strong personality online. Yes, why not, but how should a strong personality be developed? Maybe, I could grow to a better writer by visiting a blogger gym or through daily practicing? The voice can also be low key, close to whispering. Why should it be a strong voice? I really don't have a need to speak out loud while most of this writing is done for my own eyes only. I don't have an audience in mind when I write whatever comes to my mind into my blogs
